NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM BACKGROUNDS, GRAPHIC KITS, AND ANY CUSTOM WORK, MX Moto only accept returns if it is the fault of our production or it is a faulty product, you will need to send back your Return to us at your expense, when you send back a return always, get a delivery confirmation if you use Post Office, when you send back a return write the invoice number on the outside of the box. Include a note on what you would like to exchange the item for. 

We will send you back your exchange in a timely manner, and we will bill your credit card for shipping charges, if applicable. 

Cancellations can only be accepted if an order has not been processed & depatched, to check this you must telephone immediately on 0844 800 8836 to check if your order has been processed & despatched. NO CANCELLATIONS ARE ACCPPTED ON CUSTOM BACKGROUNDS, GRAPHIC KITS, AND ANY CUSTOM WORK.

MX Moto reserves the right to place its logo on all products produced and or sold by MX Moto, unless otherwise agreed.
